The Power of Positivity during Brain Cancer Treatment with Howard Aaron

I can't wait for you all to meet my guest this week. Howard Aaron is one of the most positive, upbeat people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. One of his favorite sayings is that the glass isn't half full or half empty, it's always overflowing! It's the perfect positive start to the new year! Howard was diagnosed with Stage 4 B Cell Lymphoma in his brain in early 2023. Only 1 in 2 million are diagnosed with this form of cancer. Howard endured 6 months of chemo and is currently cancer free! Howard has been involved in fitness for most of his life and is a world class bench press competitor. He will be heading to the Arnold Classic to compete again in February 2025, less than 2 years after his diagnosis!We talk about the role of positivity in the face of uncertainty, maintaining a childlike enthusiasm for life, strength and resilience, and so much more!
