Drew purchased his first investment when he was 22 years old while still in college and decided to rent out rooms to his college buddies and thats how his journey in real estate began. They also discuss how he grew his network and found partners that allowed him to grow his portfolio and how he realized the inefficiency of buying and renting single family home.
