If you are a woman struggling with your weight, or someone that has been on a weight loss journey for some time, the term accountability likely means something to you. It's not uncommon for people who are trying to lose weight to have an accountability partner or an accountability buddy, to help them exercise or eat healthy consistently. Some people use social media for accountability, so that there's a large audience watching and going through the process with them. However, that is NOT what we talk about in this episode.
