THE POWER OF SIMPLY DECIDING

Free will is real.  At least as it relates to our freedom to make decisions in every moment. The freedom to choose to do things differently than we have in the past or to react with a different emotional choice to patterns we recognize in our lives.  No matter what is happening outside of us, we have the power to choose.  To simply decide.  It's not a new concept, and seems to have gathered a little bit of momentum lately on social media.  But what does that really mean?  And is it really that simple?  Listen in as I share the ways in which I've been exploring this concept and searching for my own answers.  Maybe something will spark for you.
