The Power of The Lateral Move

from Clinical Research Podcast · host ECRG Media

When I first got my start in clinical research the department executive told me about her career. She had been at the company for over 15years starting all the way at the bottom but eventually working her way up to the executive level. She said sometimes you have to make lateral moves, or even go backwards to get to where you want to go. That was powerful considering she was pretty high up in the company, so i wanted to relay that message about the power of making a lateral move. We cant always move forward but as long as we keep moving, were making progress. Don't forget to Subscribe for new content! Subscribe: https://youtube.com/eliteclinicalrese...
