Laura a New York State licensed medical massage therapist, yoga therapist/teacher E-  RYT 500 hr and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) and wellness educater.Laura has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years, with over 2000 hours or training in topics of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, myology, pathology, bodywork and movement therapy. She has been traveling the world learning and sharing what she has learned achieve and help others achieve better health, balance, and bliss. Her newest Endeavor and stage of growth is lulahar movement medicine a project meant to empower women from any background.
