The truth is often uncomfortable. And, frankly, most of us aren't willing to take a deep, hard look into what we know to be true. We do this because we're afraid. Afraid of what we might see. Afraid of what it may expose in ourselves. Afraid of what the truth may require us to do moving forward. My guest today is a friend and long-term mentor of mine.
