The Power of YES! - How Others Helped Identify True Passions | Marisa Eikenberry

from The Life Shift | Conversations About Life Before and After · host Matt Gilhooly

Marisa Eikenberry started in web development when her instructor pointed out a career path she didn't consider. Years later, she began editing podcasts by accident (previous sound engineering training) and quickly realized she loved it. And when her co-worker asked her to co-host a new podcast, she said YES despite never considering that as a possibility. "He was like, you should go into web development, forget sound, go into our emerging media program instead." In this episode, you will learn:  1. The power of saying yes when others see things in us that we never considered before 2. Marisa's experience as a web developer, podcast editor, and co-host, including her thoughts on the podcasting medium   Marisa Eikenberry is a web developer and podcaster.
