The Power Vacuum After Moff Gideon

At the end of "The Mandalorian" Season 3, the evil Moff Gideon was (supposedly) killed. As we saw during the meeting of the Imperial Shadow Council, Gideon did not seem interested in falling in line behind Grand Admiral Thrawn once the blue-skinned warlord returned to the galaxy.
