In this episode, we delve into the true Art of Storytelling and how the stories we continue to tell ourselves are the unconscious film script hiring the actors to play the roles needed to create this fantastic reality in this holographic playground: Our Movie.The more we work on asking ourselves about the stories relating to the continued hardships/learning lessons in our lives, the more we are able to tweak these stories hence offer a new reality from a renewed expectation coming from the upgraded story we tell ourselves.The more emotion we use to tell our self various certain stories, the faster this reality is manifested. The stories emanate from 2 polarities:​ Lower (Shadow) Self ​ Higher Self What are your lower self vs. higher self stories about money?What are your lower self vs. higher self stories about health?What are your lower self vs. higher self stories about aging?The more we bring our awareness and recode the lower self (fear-based) stories, the more we are able to create our story book life from the higher self (love-based) stories.BUT, the work is getting to the 100% belief in each story to alter this holographic plane of reality.
