In tonight's study, we continue looking at the importance of the Bible in the life of the Christian and our Christian Growth.  We take some time on the importance of Rightly dividing the word!   We are on numbers 6 and 7 of the outline below: No matter how long you have been a Christian, there are 3 important truths to understand concerning you and your Bible: 1.The Bible is easier to understand than you think it is. 2.You need the Bible much more than you realize. 3.The Lord wants to show you much more than you already know. Search it John 5:39; Acts 17:11  6. Note it Hebrews 2:1; Jeremiah 23:18 7. Study it 2 Timothy 2:15  8. Memorize it Psalm 119:11; Colossians 3:16  9. Meditate upon it Psalm 1:1-3; Joshua 1:8  10. Apply (Obey) it Luke 8:21; Proverbs 22:17; 23:12 11. Minister it 2 Timothy 2:2; 1 Peter 3:15
