The Pressure of Performance | EP45

In this episode we talk about the word performance. I share some highlights about my recent dance showcase which led me into reflecting on this word. We are taught at a young age to perform well. To do a good job in school. Our worth is measured by how well we perform and the grades that we get. They call them performance reports for a reason. We are always looking for that high score, for that validation that we met someone's expectations. I reveal the true power and depth of performing vs. performance.
