Today is the ninth installment of the Prevailing Blessing Series and it is titled “The Weaning Streak.” A dominant thought today is that God’s insistence on your discipline is one of the most powerful validation of your sonship. God is interested in taking you through a process (Psalms 105:19; Proverbs 25:4; 2 Timothy 3:16-17). Processes are harsh elements of life aimed at making you better. 3 things God wants to wean you from are: 1. Over dependence on man and human factors; 2. Appetite for money and sex; 3. Self-importance.
