The Primal Mindset - Episode #49 - W/ Chris Fontana

from Underdawg Talk · host Eric Jones Jr.

My name is Chris Fontana and I am the Founder of Go Primal Lifestyle. I was someone who was extremely overweight and suffered from severe panic attacks, depression, and alcoholism. I struggled and wanted to give up and throw in the towel many times throughout my life, but my primal instincts kicked in and gave me renewed strength and energy. I realized I could either sink or swim, so I chose to swim. I kept on fighting and persevered in my battle with weight loss and panic attacks by shredding over 100 lbs and getting my life back! GO PRIMAL is the result of my inner battles and a way to give back to others experiencing their own struggles and ready to get up off the couch and into an active and healthy lifestyle! Through creating the Go Primal brand, my goal is to inspire, motivate, and remind people to find their courage within and change their life for the better! If I can do it, I know you can too. Go Primal is not only a brand but a lifestyle. When you are wearing the Go Primal logo, you are wearing the confidence to perform like a champion. Not only is Go Primal dedicated to providing you with the highest quality activewear, but we are also dedicated to providing you with the Tough Mental Attitude to face adversity with determination and perseverance through our Mindset Partnership Course. As someone who has faced adversity in life, I was forced to tap into my inner beast, Go Primal, Trust my instincts, & Keep going! The Go Primal Brand is a reflection of how I live my life and my goal is to provide you with the same mental tenacity to overcome adversity, Trust your instincts, & Keep going!
