On this episode we sit down with Stavroula Avramidis, who just took the leap of faith, left the corporate world and started her own female focused instruction business.   She Equips Herself provides women with the tools they need to feel safe and confident no matter the situation, through personal safety workshops and 1 on 1 training. Stav has also recently taken up hunting, and has been spending some quality time in a tree stand, so we discuss what that process has been like, and how she plans to share this knowledge with her clients.
