The Prison Experience

In this episode, Pastor Terence takes us further into the story of Joseph from Genesis 39. After surviving the pit and serving faithfully in Potiphar’s house, Joseph finds himself facing a new and unexpected trial: the prison. The story reminds us that sometimes the journey God has for us includes seasons we never expected. Even when we do the right thing and honour God with our integrity, we can still face moments that feel confusing, painful, or unfair. Joseph was falsely accused and forgotten by men, yet the scriptures remind us of a vital truth: "The Lord was with Joseph." Joseph’s story began with a dream, but we are reminded that after the pit and during the prison, God is still working behind the scenes to refine our character and prepare our gifts for the palace. We invite you to listen and reflect on how God’s presence remains constant, even when the doors seem locked. If this message encourages you, please share it with someone who needs to be reminded that God has not forgotten them.
