The one who had sacrificed so much and prepared the way for the unveiling of the Messiah, now sat in prison questioning whether or not he made the right decisions. John was offended at Jesus because of unmet expectations that caused Him to be blind to the activity of Jesus in his day. When things do not go the way we wanted or expected, what should our heart response be towards Jesus?
