I’ve struggled with social anxiety my entire life—sometimes so intensely that even walking into a party could trigger dissociation or a panic attack. So, how are men like me supposed to navigate dating, flirting, and romance in today’s world?   According to Alex of Date Psych, over 50% of men haven’t approached a woman in the past year, and 86% report being single due to poor flirting skills. Yet, 77% of women aged 18–30 say they want to be approached more often.
