Ask the average person sitting in a coffee shop or out doing some grocery shopping, “Who was Jesus?” You’ll get a variety of answers; a good moral teacher, a prophet, a revolutionary, or as we discussed last week, “He never existed.”What if you asked that same person, “What did He require of His followers?” Some might say love others or give to the poor, which would be true in part.
