In this week's episode, Sarah Beth Adel os our featured guest and we will be talking about Chinese Medicine can help you these transformative times we are in. Sarah Beth is an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and a Spiritual Coach.  She is passionate about helping people heal and finds great joy in watching her patients engage in their own healthcare journey. While some people may initially reach out for help because of pain or a specific diagnosis, others may “just have a feeling” that there is more to life than what they are currently experiencing.    Sarah Beth found Chinese medicine while searching for options for her own healthcare. Once she realized the depth of healing that could occur, she changed her life and began her education.    Sarah Beth’s Traditional Chinese Medicine education has given her the knowledge of acupuncture and herbal medicine which she can apply to many different physical and emotional diagnoses in order to find the best process for each patient.  She graduated from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018.    Sarah Beth also has 19 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist. Sarah gained experience in multiple settings, having practiced in acute care, trauma, ICU/CCU, Neurological ICU, outpatient rehabilitation with focuses on hand and upper extremity, post-stroke rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, as well as return to work/community and home health. This experience allows for an understanding of Western medical diagnosis/treatment as well as the ability to assist any patient through recovery from injury or illness, from the subacute phase to return to independence.   Sarah Beth is also a student of Wisdom Healing Qigong, practicing for 3 years under Master Mingtong Gu. Qi Gong is an energy practice that is focused on removing stagnation. Sarah Beth is also stepping into her Wild and Awake feminine power and feels most at home while empowering women to connect to their innate divinity and inner wisdom. Shedding the constraints of society and honoring the wisdom of our own truth, our connection to nature and its rhythms are all part of the transformation process.
