Reuben Mardan is the founder and owner of Sample Coffee, a cafe, roastery, retailer and wholesaler in Sydney. Reuben first worked in coffee as a side job but his engagement grew as the specialty coffee scene burgeoned and the first Sample outlet opened in 2011.
