Drew played his collegiate career at the University of Oregon, before going on to play in the NFL with the Falcons. Following the end of his playing career, he went back to college as a grad assistant for UCF before heading to UCLA as their Director of Player Development to reconnect with one of his own college coaches, Chip Kelly. Drew now focuses his time as a certified life and performance coach, assisting players, teams, and coaches on and off the field through his business, Quality over Quantity.
