[2024] EWHC 2458 (Admin), on a S288 statutory challenge to the grant of planning permission allowed on appeal where service of proceedings was late. Did the court have power to extend time and if so, should it? A decision of an inspector dated 30th September 2024 allowing an appeal by Terra Strategic against the decision of Wiltshire Council to refuse an application for outline planning permission for up to 53 dwellings on land to the west of Semington road, Melksham.
