Welcome to episode 93 of The You4ia Health Podcast with nutritionist and physiotherapist Simon Hill.   I am so excited to have had the opportunity to sit down with Simon the creator of plant proof and author of the proof is in the plants.   Simon has been the biggest influence on my life in the way of education around the power of plants. I have listened to every single episode of your podcast “the plant proof podcast’ and am blown away by your wealth of knowledge, your drive to know more and the impact you are having any people around the globe.   On today’s episode, we open up a big can of worms in relation to plant based nutrition for professional athletes and Simons clinical experience working as a physiotherapist in this field.   We highlight public nutrition recommendations and how difficult it is for us consumers to know where to begin.
