A property time bomb has been ticking since April 2017, and many investors will be affected when it goes off, and yet if handled correctly, it could provide a huge opportunity for those in the know. This was an irresponsible lending time and led to the credit crunch that negatively impacted the global economy. When the market crashed, many found themselves in negative equity, forcing them to face repossession. This also led to greater restrictions in the mortgage market.
