Do you struggle with disordered eating tendencies? Dr. Sarah Zaldivar has a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Miami. She recently relocated to Ocala, Florida where she continues to teach nutrition courses online at Miami Dade College. She is a certified personal trainer and a certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine. She taught workshops training students to sit for the ACSM's personal training certification.
