Erbe received his PhD in Health Behavior and Human Development from Indiana University. He is currently the Director of Character Education in the Simon Center for the Professional Military Ethic and an Assistant Professor in the Behavioral Sciences and Leadership Department at the United States Military Academy. Dr. Erbe designs curriculum and teaches courses focused on Character Education and Psychology and conducts research on spirituality, meditation, emotion regulation, resilience, and character formation. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the Mountain Theological Seminary where he teaches a course on counseling adolescents.
