Additionally, Joseph explains that everyone who rejects Jesus is headed for hell because Jesus was sent to save humanity from the condemnation caused by sin. This sin started with Adam, who fell for the devil's trick, tainting all his descendants with the devil's guilt. But Jesus came so that anyone who believes in Him can be freed from original sin and become worthy to be called sons and daughters of God.
