In March of 2002, a seventeen year old girl bursts into a police station in Kitakyushu, Japan, to make a startling report. She tells the authorities about a man, an apartment, and about the people who were brought inside but never made it out alive. She tells them that the dead were dismembered and boiled and disposed of so thoroughly that nothing remained.
