The purpose of heartbreak, of family pain, of the moments that break you… is rarely understood when you are inside of them.It reveals itself years later.What once felt like chaos was, in truth, a training.A slow, precise shaping of a part of you that can hold more.More intensity.More responsibility.More power.An archetype is being built inside of you , one that carries the resilience required for what is meant to come - the warrior inside. Most people think the warrior is this ultra strong human being that never collapses, when in fact - The true warrior is the one who is able to fight, risk a lot, take bold decisions, go on the front row and still, feel the heart, the fear , the emotions in full. This is the capacity humanity tends to loose when we get overwhelmed with work, ambition, wealth creation.Here is when we tend to split internally and that, reflects later in relationships. This is the themes we are working this month because i believe the times we are living, the DUALITY of life is being asked to be understood , we are under an invitation to level up what we think is “strenght “ and “resilience”. Is it not about the result or the achievement, but believing the most important part is the process, what we are learning, how we are being shaped, who we are becoming. How aware and embodied are we, at the same time we are able to increase our power and goals.
