The Putting Things Right Scheme in Wales : Emma Hart and Phoebe Blythin

In this episode, Emma and Phoebe from the Clinical Negligence Team explain the Welsh Redress Scheme, which is a method of handling and investigating complaints about the NHS in Wales. This is an alternative to litigation, but the legal test that must be proved is the same as in a formal clinical negligence claim.
