Our 2023 Quality Professional of the Year, Saso Krstovski, offers advice on how to transform teams and entire organizations. Saso Krstovski, D.Eng., is a former Ford Lean Manufacturing Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He teaches at several Michigan universities, including Lawrence Technological University, Central Michigan University, and Oakland University.
