On The Queen of Show Talk Angela Butler is Attorney Chance Lynch. Attorney Lynch law firm is I Charlotte Texas. Lynch will be interviewed about the case of Mr. Christopher Shaw who was paralyzed by police officers. Mr. Shaw is great Beaumont Texas and was arrested by police officer Thomas Gillen. Shaw was in need of medical attention but was arrested and handcuffed instead. Mr. Shaw is facing prison time and has sued the city of Beaumont Texas and Officer Gillen also Corr health LLC.. Gillen according to Attorney Chance Lynch does not qualify for immunity in this lawsuit. According to the civil rights lawsuit violation filed corr health is liable also because they allegedly told me Shaw that he had to help himself and she would not. According to the lawsuit he layed on the concrete floor for 20 hours at least. And lost control of his bowels and urinated on himself and he asked for help but noone helped him. He was able bodied and worked and was gainfully employed but now he is paralyzed and does not have insurance. Therefore he is not receiving proper care for his physical problems.
