The Rabbit Man

from Classic Ghost Stories Podcast · host Tony Walker

Each episode of Ashridge is self-contained. This is the pilot episode where a travelling salesman hears tales of the sinister Rabbit Man. Ashridge is an idyllic, English village in the south-west of England, just off the Ridgeway, and ancient track that has been used since the Stone Age. Crop Circles appear in the the cornfields around the village in summer. The landscape around the town is dotted with Bronze Age burial mounds. Strange lights are seen above Blackie's Woods, and modern secrets lurk under the village streets. Part Folk Horror, part New Weird, the tales of Ashridge aim to terrify. If you enjoy this audiodrama, please spread the word, tell your friends, share on social media. I would like as many ears as possible to hear this collaboration with some great talents including Jasper LeStrange of Encrypted Horror, Ben Brinicombe of SciFi Theatre, Jonathan Sharpe of The Heartwood Institute, Gwyneth Evans, Chris Foley and David Thompson. #horror #folkhorror #audiodrama #horroraudiodrama This is a public episode.
