More specifically the divide that is happening in our country and how the conflict model we've been working through can be used to identify how progress can be made. It might get a little heated in here but not really. This isn't about being outraged or calling anyone out. This is an attempt at an objective perspective on what is going on and how we can move things forward in a positive direction.
