Memory Verse: ‭‭"‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it" - Proverbs‬ ‭10:22‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ Bible Text: Joel‬ ‭2:27 ‭NKJV‬‬ 27. ‭‭‭‭‭‭‭‭Then you shall know that I am  in the midst of Israel: I am the Lord your God And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame. INSPIRATION: There're some privileges we take for granted as humans until they're withdrawn. Every now and again, we see rich kids suddenly realise the importance of the privileges they enjoy once they're denied of it. Privileges and blessings are alike in many cases. One such underrated blessing, is God's presence. God is everywhere, no doubt, but not everyone carries His presence. Here in Joel 2, we see God telling His people things He'd do that points that He's in their midst. Carrying God's presence becomes so meaningful when you understand the advantages you have with Him. "‭‭You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore" (Psa ‭16:11‬). The path of life is only known in His presence, followed by fullness of joy and everlasting pleasure. Carrying God's presence is symbolic of His endorsement. When God endorses you, He recommends you and doors open to you (Psa. 44: 3). His presence gives you easy access; makes mountains skip, and seas flee (Psa. 114: 3-7). His presence disarms the enemies and catches the crafty in his craftiness and sweeps away the plans of the cunning (Job 5: 13). You can't separate His presence from His glory. In other words, if you carry His presence, you carry His glory. God's glory comprises everything that God is. Tell me then how one feels he's not blessed when He carries the presence of the Lord? TODAY'S TAKE HOME: There're two things that shouldn't be part of the things you lack, if you must lack anything. They are the presence of God, and anointing of the Lord. By the way, you can't carry one and the other will be absent. No! PRAYER: Dear Lord, thank You for the blessing of your presence. I receive grace to live in the consciousness of your presence and activate every advantage that your presence brings to humanity. Thank you because the difference is clear, in Jesus name.
