The Rainbow and the Cross

We often talk about agreements or contracts in our lives – deals we make, promises exchanged. But the Bible speaks of something deeper, more profound: a covenant. Unlike a contract based on mutual exchange, a biblical covenant is often initiated out of deep concern for the well-being of the other person. Today, we're going to look at one of the most famous covenants – the one God made with Noah after the flood – and see how its most beautiful features point us directly to the New Covenant Jesus established for us all.
