The Rapture Will Be Like a Galilean Wedding

Jesus likened the rapture to an ancient Galilean wedding tradition. After the bride accepts the bridegroom's proposal, they prepare eagerly until the bridegroom's father signals it's time to unite in marriage. When the bride hears the trumpet call, she knows the bridegroom is coming for her. Similarly, as born-again Christians, when we hear the trumpet call, we anticipate Jesus returning to take us to be with Him forever.
