The Raymond Durr Network Interview Part 1 — Origins: Mom's Birthday, Cusp of Beauty & Pushing Past Religious Fear | Astrology Ride of the Day

Recorded on Paul's mother's birthday — she would have turned 55. A long-awaited conversation with Raymond 369, the numerologist known on TikTok as Raymond with the Numbers before he rebranded. The two met through TikTok years ago and finally sat in the same room together for the first time. This opening part covers how it all started — Paul discovering he was on the cusp of beauty, Googling it and landing on a numerology site before ever touching astrology. The first birth chart read on Cafe Astrology didn't fully satisfy him, sending him down the rabbit hole. The fear that had to be pushed past first — coming up out of a religious system that called this stuff evil, raised Catholic, Catholic school his whole childhood. Curiosity overcoming fear. The black sheep label that comes with stepping outside group think. Know thyself. Balance your energy.TakeawaysPaul's entry point into astrology was accidental — discovering he was on the cusp of beauty led him to a numerology site first, and his initial Cafe Astrology birth chart reading didn't fully resonate until he dug deeper into individual placements like his Moon in Scorpio. The biggest obstacle wasn't lack of access but fear instilled by his Catholic upbringing — the belief that studying astrology was evil and could risk damnation had to be overcome before any real learning could begin.Curiosity outweighing fear was the turning point — Paul frames this as a universal principle, that wanting to know has to become stronger than the fear of doing something wrong before anyone can break from inherited belief systems and accept the social cost of becoming the family's black sheep.Links referenced in this episode:iamastrologyreadings.comCompanies mentioned in this episode:IamastrologyreadingsPayPalVenmoCash AppSupport the mythic classroom: https://i-am-astrology-readings.captivate.fm/supportBook a Reading: https://i-am-astrology-readings.captivate.fm/book-reading#astrologyrideoftheday
