She works as the community outreach and neighborhood development director for the City of Baltimore’s Department of Housing and Community Development. She works closely with the Deputy Commissioner of Development to assist with the implementation of neighborhood improvement and development and revitalization projects.  Our team works with community stakeholders, public and private agencies on neighborhood development projects, with a focus on housing.    Teresa is a graduate of Frederick Douglass Senior High School, Baltimore Maryland and holds a BA in English from West Virginia State University.
