Lawmakers are attempting to pass a funding plan in time to avert a government shutdown on Friday. A co-founder of media company Ozy allegedly impersonated a top YouTube executive in an investor call with Goldman Sachs, according to a report by The New York Times. NYT also wrote that Ozy has been padding its online traffic stats while raising millions of dollars in funding.
