The Real Talk Episode: What We Wish We Knew Before Day One

Welcome to the very first episode of The Three Dental Dynamos — where three passionate leaders in dentistry come together to talk about growth, people, leadership, and the real-life lessons that shape our industry. In this kickoff episode, Dr. Devinn Geeson, Brandy Trout, and Danielle Kramer share the honest truths about what they wish they had known when they first started their careers in dentistry. From navigating team dynamics to understanding how people function in the workplace, we dive into the emotional side of dentistry that no training manual prepares you for. We talk about the challenges, the lessons learned along the way, and how those experiences shaped the leaders we are today. This episode is a behind-the-scenes introduction to who we are, why we’re passionate about helping doctors and teams grow, and why this podcast exists to help dental professionals move through the “ick” of the day-to-day struggles and build thriving practices and teams. Future episodes will take deeper dives into the topics that matter most systems, leadership, communication, culture, and real strategies to help your practice grow. But first… we’re starting with our stories. Because every great system begins with understanding the people behind it. 🔗 Resources Mentioned in This Episode AI Voice Technology for Dental Offices Check out the incredible VoiceAI technology from EngageDent: https://swiy.co/ThreeDentalDynamos Join Us at Smiles at Sea! 🚢 Ready to combine dentistry, education, and an unforgettable experience?
