The Reality Check I’ve Needed

Have you ever talked yourself out of the goals you previously made? Are you beginning to lower your expectations of yourself? At the end of the day, our brain wants to keep us in a state of comfort, so anything outside our routine begins to trigger our brain to begin creating excuses to not take the steps to reach for our goals.

 Where are we at in our goals for the year? January is officially over! I have felt so much resistance towards my new goals, and today is a reality check of why I haven't accomplished as much as I hoped to. Sometimes it's embarrassment, sometimes it's the fear or rejection. If you're feeling the same, I think you'll love todays episode.
