The Reality of False Teaching

In 2 Peter 2:1–11, Pastor Scott warns about the reality of false teaching within the church. False teachers often use Christian language, distort Scripture, and quietly lead people away from Jesus for selfish gain. Believers must know God’s Word so well that they can recognize counterfeit teaching and test every message by biblical truth. God is loving, holy, and just, and He will judge rebellion and deception. At the same time, the Lord knows how to rescue, preserve, and sustain His people through every trial.
