From time spent at a "choose your own stir fry" adventure to being named one of the city's top bartenders - he sheds light on an uncomfortable element in the hospitality space. Abuse. We acknowledge that coping mechanisms are a varied topic in their own right yet we wanted to really talk about the accessibility to alcohol, the expectations of its use and how slippery a slope it can be.
