For our debut episode, we talk to Weng Yu, Assistant Director of The Fighting Spirit Film Festival. The Festival takes place in the Stratford Picturehouse every year, but they also run a satellite festival in Birmingham, at The Mockingbird Cinema & Kitchen, where they run a short film programme and will be showing a great line-up of amazing martial arts and action films.
