Featuring character designs by Paul Coker inspired by the books by Kenneth Grahame, the adventures of Tobias the Dragon and Mr. Toad would have fit in perfectly with Rocky & Bullwinkle. If only this show didn't debut 10 years past the point that style was in vogue...
