The Rescuers
from How's It Hold Up? Hosted by Danika Juarez
(Warning: The audio for Danika and Valerie in this episode isn't at the usual quality level. Fortunately we fixed the issue before recording the next episode, but in this one we definitely sound a bit off. To the best of my ability, I have made it listenable, but still, I apologize for it not being at our usual quality level.) The Rescuers is one of Disney's later features in their "Bronze" era (also referred to as their "Dark Age"), and perhaps one of the most well known. Unfortunately, one of the reasons it's so well known is... infamous, and a prime candidate for our segment titled after the name of the podcast. But that issue aside, how does this one hold up? Our answers may surprise you. Listen to find out!
