The Resilience Plus Podcast - S4E1 - CSA Astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen

In the kick off episode of Season 4, The Resilience Plus Podcast team sat down with RMC alumni and Canadian Space Agency Astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen. Colonel Hansen joined us from Houston Texas where he is currently training for his role in the historic Artemis II mission to the moon. His perspective on resilience is all about acknowledging the areas that need to be resolved, accepting what you can and cannot do about it, and then getting creative! Creativity is an often misunderstood character strength - especially in younger military members - so we hope this episode demystifies creativity and allows listeners to see all the valuable applications of creativity - and it might not be what you think!
