Honoré will also reveal his own core leadership principles that commanders and Soldiers alike should consider integrating into their careers. About the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and ReadinessIn June 2023, the U.S. Army announced the realignment of the Army Resilience Directorate from G-1, personnel readiness, to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff in G-9.
